What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day property operations and lead the onsite team
• guide leasing, marketing, and operational targets
• support the maintenance team
• oversee collections, onsite accounting, invoice processing, inventory, and operating expenses
• maintain resident relationships through communication, outreach, and problem-solving
• build vendor and partner relationships
• evaluate market trends, competitor performance, pricing, and promotions.
