Solar Engineer

What you'll do

• Model photovoltaic systems in PVSyst or Helioscope
• conduct site surveys
• design projects to applicable codes and requirements
• prepare installation details, single-line diagrams, schedules, and calculations
• create shop drawings
• scan existing conditions using drones or ground-based scanners
• create AutoCAD layouts
• coordinate with project managers, engineers, and installation contractors
• update drawings from field markups and visits.
