What you'll do

• Remove food from plates
• pre-rinse and load dishes, glasses, and tableware into the dishwasher
• unload and put items away
• sweep and mop floors
• monitor detergent, sanitizer, and cleaning supplies
• help cooks with food prep
• follow health and safety guidelines
• clean and restock restrooms
• participate in team meetings and perform other assigned cleaning duties.
