What you'll do

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for climbing wall and challenge course programs
• assist with trips, gear rentals and repairs, bike and ski maintenance, and clinics
• manage daily facility operations, route setting, equipment inventory, inspections, and maintenance
• deliver clinics and events
• enforce risk-management plans
• support training materials and program assessments
• recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate student and non-student employees
• contribute to marketing and department collaboration.
