What you'll do

• Complete interior and exterior touchups on new homes
• perform general warranty repairs and home maintenance
• load and unload materials
• ensure tools are available
• monitor and correct jobsite safety issues
• perform drywall, paint, and trim repairs and install appliances and other standard items
• inspect subcontractor work
• communicate expectations and challenges to superintendents and supervisors.
