Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance and repairs in buildings, resident rooms, common areas, offices, and grounds.
• Handle basic plumbing, minor electrical work within training and licensing limits, HVAC support, painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, landscaping, and snow removal.
• Respond to work orders and assigned emergency or after-hours issues, document work, and support life-safety activities.
