Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Respond to telephone, email, internet, and in-person inquiries
• build rapport and identify apartment preferences
• schedule and conduct property and apartment tours
• explain property features and amenities
• use sales and follow-up techniques to meet leasing goals
• process applications, screening documents, leases, deposits, and move-in paperwork
• maintain guest cards and files
• inspect apartments before move-in
• contact residents about renewals
• build referral relationships
• complete market surveys and support outreach
• receive maintenance requests and follow up
• monitor property appearance and report safety or maintenance concerns.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED and one to three years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience sought. Fair Housing familiarity and Microsoft Office proficiency listed; RealPage OneSite experience preferred.
