What you'll do

• Provide individualized coaching, consultation, training, and support to child care centers
• Conduct assessments to identify strengths and opportunities
• Collaborate with centers to develop and implement customized improvement plans
• Support the adoption of inclusive practices
• Connect centers with community resources
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing guidance
• Build strong relationships with center staff, families, and community partners.
