Technical Process Expert — Chocolate Processing

The Technical Process Expert role is onsite in Lebanon, IN, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; hours may vary with business needs, and second-shift on-call situations need support. Compensation is not specified. Catalina Snacks develops, produces, and markets low-carb, low-sugar, keto-friendly cereals and snacks. The role improves operational efficiency, product quality, and safety across chocolate processing and manufacturing lines. It supports plant performance through process optimization, troubleshooting, standardization, training, and collaboration on product scale-up and equipment improvements.

What you'll do

• Monitor and optimize chocolate process parameters
• identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
• lead improvement initiatives for yield, throughput, scrap, and labor efficiency
• troubleshoot process and equipment issues
• develop SOPs and process controls
• partner with quality assurance, R&D, commercialization, and engineering
• train supervisors and operators
• support product scale-up and equipment upgrades.
