What you'll do

• Coordinate shop and field service activities
• lead daily performance huddles, Gemba walks, root-cause problem solving, and leader standard work
• track safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• host technician meetings and escalate barriers
• visit customers and support field technicians
• enforce safety policies
• approve timesheets and work orders
• maintain labor and parts records
• dispatch and balance work orders
• uphold quality standards and manage van readiness and inventory
• oversee preventive maintenance
• coach and develop technicians
• assist with staffing plans and career pathing.
