• Lead vendor contract renewals and negotiations
• benchmark pricing
• manage cloud and AI costs and software licenses
• maintain vendor and contract calendars
• run procurement intake
• set up or approve vendors
• process purchase orders and check invoices against contract terms
• prepare vendor-spend and cost-savings reporting.
