Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide position is onsite and on the road in Fort Worth, TX, with pay of $30 per visit. Boundless Home Health’s mission is to provide the best care possible to patients in their homes. The aide provides personal care and basic health support according to patient needs and care plans, documenting care and promptly notifying a registered nurse of observed changes. The work helps patients receive appropriate support in their home setting.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, showers, skin and hair care, and oral hygiene
• follow care plans and safety precautions
• notify the registered nurse of changes in patient condition
• complete patient chart documentation accurately
• adapt to other assigned duties and projects.
