Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Lumberton, NJ, and pays $18.00–$21.00 per hour. The technician supports Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, a 180-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility, by maintaining a safe, reliable, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The role exists to keep facility systems operating safely and efficiently through repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance. It also supports resident comfort and care by responding to maintenance requests and following facility policies and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs involving painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems
• inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment
• support preventive maintenance
• document work orders and maintenance activity using basic computer systems
• respond promptly to requests
• and follow safety procedures, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
