What you'll do

• Coordinate communications between recruiters and caregiver managers
• liaise across HR, operations, and compliance
• administer and train users on iSolved and HireForms
• complete weekly regional new-hire compliance reviews
• track document completion and compliance status
• partner with regional vice presidents
• oversee the handoff from recruiter sourcing to caregiver managers
• serve as a contact for HR incidents and compliance gaps.
