What you'll do

• Inspect guest rooms, suites, hallways, and public areas
• verify room readiness, including VIP and special-request accommodations
• report maintenance, safety, and cleanliness issues
• coach housekeeping staff
• monitor linens and amenities
• respond to guest requests
• document room status
• coordinate room turnover with Front Office and Engineering.
