Job overview

The Smoothie King Team Member role is onsite in Baton Rouge, LA. Compensation is $9–$12 per hour. The team helps guests pursue fitness and nutrition goals through smoothies and retail products. This role supports the guest experience by helping customers choose products, processing orders, and maintaining a clean, food-safe store. Team members also complete daily checklist tasks and work with shift leads or managers to improve their performance.

What you'll do

• Ring up orders and handle payments
• provide guest service and help guests select smoothies and retail products
• complete daily checklist duties
• keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations
• operate a blender and point-of-sale cashier system
• follow procedures and dress code requirements.
