What you'll do

• Deliver pre-designed or custom workouts to groups of up to 22 clients
• motivate clients during rowing sessions
• build class attendance and retain clientele
• ensure safe rowing and exercise technique
• attend staff meetings and national coach calls
• address member concerns when applicable
• assist with studio tours and sales as needed
• maintain social media presence
• keep the studio clean and safe.
