What you'll do
- Maintain audit-ready records
- attend training, committee meetings, conferences, and site inspections as directed
- complete environmental, lead-based paint, and historical reviews
- assess construction costs
- support contractor compliance records
- prepare bid and contract packages
- assist with rehabilitation loan applications
- guide clients at contract signings and notarize documents as needed
