What you'll do

• Collaborate on operational workflows, resource planning, and project execution
• partner with project managers on work plans, budgets, scope, schedules, and fees
• guide discipline leaders and support staff development
• oversee design process and quality-control milestones
• lead weekly staffing and operations meetings
• monitor project financial health
• assist with proposals and risk review
• coordinate with legal, finance, and HR
• support recruitment
• represent the firm and serve on selected projects as needed.
