What you'll do

• Grill meat and vegetables
• check that ingredients remain fresh and safe
• prevent cross-contamination
• prepare different cuts of meat to customer preferences when applicable
• keep the workstation clean and orderly
• inform the manager when equipment needs maintenance, repair, or replacement
• and track inventory to maintain adequate supplies.
