What you'll do

• Generate and distribute accurate invoices compliant with contracts, company policies, and regulations
• support invoicing procedures and workflows
• oversee invoice processing, validation, and distribution
• manage invoice data and ERP records
• investigate approval delays
• respond to client inquiries
• monitor outstanding invoices
• prepare billing reports
• verify tax information
• assist with past-due or denied invoices
• collaborate with leadership and project management teams to resolve disputes
• identify process improvements.
