Information Governance Manager

The Information Governance Manager role is onsite in Westminster, CO, with a hiring range of $115,000 to $145,000 per year. RSI provides environmental, nuclear, construction management, project delivery, and specialty professional services to federal and commercial clients. The manager leads and advances the Information Governance Program across Legacy Management. The role establishes standards and governance practices so information assets remain secure, accessible, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop information governance personnel
• set team priorities and performance objectives
• develop and improve governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
• oversee information lifecycle practices, taxonomy, metadata, and information architecture
• monitor compliance
• establish governance standards for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
• support enterprise migrations
• develop knowledge management strategies and roadmaps
• conduct governance assessments and risk evaluations
• collaborate with technology, records, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.
