What you'll do

• Schedule emergent and routine surgeries and pre- and post-operative appointments
• coordinate with patients, surgeons, staff, referring providers, departments, adjusters, and vendors
• obtain insurance authorizations or pre-certifications
• support patient financial counseling and collection of out-of-pocket expenses.

Why this role
