The role assists the Retreat Director with daily operations, revenue and profitability, team development, and consistent use of brand processes. It also trains front-desk sales associates, manages schedules, and helps set and achieve team and retreat goals.

What you'll do

• Assist the Retreat Director with retreat operations, revenue, profitability, inventory, and brand processes
• support recruitment, hiring, training, development, and retention
• train and coach front-desk sales associates
• stay current on services, products, and promotions
• manage team schedules
• collaborate on individual and overall goals
• lead by example.
