The Head of Systematic ETF Strategy Team role is onsite in Stamford, Connecticut. The stated base salary range is $130,000–$200,000 per year, with a possible discretionary, performance-based bonus. The role leads Trexquant Investment’s Systematic ETF Strategy Team and supports scaling ETF strategies as an asset class for the firm. The role exists to lead researchers in developing and trading systematic ETF strategies within Trexquant’s quantitative framework. It contributes by expanding ETF research and capabilities, strengthening simulation and trading infrastructure, and coordinating execution, financing, risk, and senior-management alignment.

• Lead and mentor quantitative researchers
