What you'll do

• Assess patients for signs and symptoms of illness or injury
• provide basic life support within license or certification limits and approved protocols
• handle and transport patients safely
• transfer patients and care information to receiving personnel
• document patient condition and treatment
• inspect and maintain assigned equipment
• return the ambulance to service
• operate the ambulance safely.
