Air Import Customer Service Specialist

What you'll do

• Assist customers with planning and delivery of air freight through clear communication

• post invoices
• scan, copy, and file documents for appropriate parties
• meet productivity, safety, and quality standards
• maintain a safe and orderly work area
• communicate clearly in writing and orally
• assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new associates
• work independently and with support teams, customers, and service providers
• be available on a rotating basis for holiday, night, and weekend shifts to meet customer and business needs.
