What you'll do

• Escort residents to and from clinic appointments, dialysis sessions, and other scheduled outings
• monitor residents to help prevent falls, accidents, or altercations and intervene promptly when necessary
• prepare residents for appointments and ensure snacks or personal belongings accompany them
• report incidents, accidents, or concerns to the Clinical Coordinator or ADNS
• follow facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
