What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered under facility procedures
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
• observe and report changes in condition or medication side effects
• document medications, care, and resident status
• promote resident dignity, choice, comfort, and safety
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• communicate with residents, families, and team members
• provide companionship and support.
