What you'll do

• Attend virtual planning meetings
• set up and align with onsite teams
• manage guest check-in
• represent Visit.org and solve event-day problems
• coordinate roles with hosts, nonprofits, venues, staff, and corporate partners
• send updates, photos, and videos to the Events Team
• break down and clean the site
• repackage and ship materials
• pack supplies and apply shipping labels.
