What you'll do

• Lead bid development for U.S. P3 investment opportunities
• coordinate review and negotiation of concession agreements, design and construction contracts, financing documents, and shareholder agreements
• facilitate internal project and investment proposals and approvals with risk and investment committees
• prepare board materials and internal presentations
• liaise with clients, partners, financiers, and advisors.
