What you'll do

• Greet customers and explain the process
• assist patients with merchandise selection, frame fitting, and eyewear dispensing
• help select frames and lenses suited to vision, lifestyle, and budget
• take and record measurements and adjust or fit eyewear
• process customer transactions
• assist other retail associates with complex product needs and prescriptions
• inform the Office Manager of office problems.
