What you'll do

• Handle branch member interactions and transactions
• establish memberships and maintain accounts
• open checking, IRA, business, certificate-of-deposit, and special accounts
• assist with online and mobile banking
• process deposits, wires, checks, transfers, and loan-related transactions
• research and resolve discrepancies
• collaborate with consumer lending
• cross-sell related products
• support ATM and debit-card operations
• resolve escalated concerns
• and follow BSA and CIP requirements.
