The Junior Audio-Visual and Video Teleconferencing Network Engineer role is an onsite, full-time position in Newport News, VA. Compensation is not specified. Working with the Lead Engineer, this junior role helps install, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and AV/VTC systems so conference rooms, classrooms, and briefing environments remain connected and operational.

What you'll do

• Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network switches, infrastructure, and AV/VTC systems
• support LAN connectivity for AV/VTC and conference rooms
• support Cisco VTC codecs
• troubleshoot signal flow and endpoint connectivity
• install, terminate, label, and test cabling
• wire and dress racks to schematics
• provide onsite support
• maintain system documentation, diagrams, and service records.
