What you'll do

• Support annual experience planning
• project-manage event workflows and serve as onsite lead for setup, activation, and teardown
• coordinate agencies, contractors, vendors, partners, and event staff
• track guest experience initiatives and recommend improvements
• execute partner and sponsor deliverables
• manage resort signage, website, app, and digital content
• support photo and video shoots, webcam activity, and event budgets
• maintain brand guidelines.
