The Merchandiser - Days role is an onsite position based in Los Angeles, CA. This role exists to ensure product availability and brand compliance within a designated sales region. The Merchandiser will manage customer relationships, execute the SmartStock program, and provide essential merchandising support to drive business growth.

What you'll do

• Maintaining a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
• Maintenance and execution of the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising activities).
• Identifying and reducing out-of-stock on shelves.
• Ensuring products are fresh and within date code parameters.
• Attending customer needs and concerns promptly.
• Ensuring plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
• Identifying display opportunities and maximizing display positioning.
• Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
• Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
• Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
