What you'll do

• Prepare and serve beverages
• verify customer identification and age
• accept payments and balance cash receipts
• maintain a clean and sanitary bar
• prepare and maintain ingredients according to recipes
• follow alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
• track bar inventory and submit supply orders
• assist with deliveries
• contribute to drink menus with the supervisor
• help maintain bar operations when the supervisor is absent
• complete scheduled cleaning and dishwashing as needed
• assist with orienting new employees
• address customer complaints and suggestions.
