Business Development Center Sales Agent

The Business Development Center Sales Agent role is onsite in Ithaca, NY, with pay of $20–$23 per hour. What you'll do

• Handle guest inquiries with a focus on satisfaction
• receive calls about new and pre-owned vehicles and establish dealership appointment times
• provide general vehicle sales information and maintain product and inventory knowledge
• enter guest data accurately in the BDC database
• use dealership scripts
• follow up on internet leads
• comply with Do Not Call and privacy requirements
• coordinate with the BDC Manager and dealership staff.
