What you'll do

• Develop and implement provider contracting strategies
• lead and mentor the provider contracting team
• identify network gaps and opportunities to expand provider access
• negotiate complex agreements with hospitals, physicians, and other providers
• resolve provider contract and reimbursement issues
• ensure agreements comply with applicable regulations
• build provider relationships and support network performance and cost management.
