Community Operations Manager

Job overview

The Community Operations Manager role is onsite at Blossom Rock in Apache Junction, AZ, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends as community needs require. Pay is $65,000–$75,000 annually. Cohere works with master-planned communities to create places where residents connect, belong, and thrive. The manager supports the community’s day-to-day operations by coordinating resident services, governance, vendors, maintenance, and financial activity. Working with the Executive Director, the role helps keep operations organized, residents supported, and shared community assets maintained.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with residents, owners, and stakeholders
• coordinate resolution and documentation of concerns
• support board and community meetings
• maintain governance records and calendars
• conduct inspections and coordinate covenant and architectural compliance processes
• coordinate maintenance and repairs
• manage vendor relationships
• support budgets, expense monitoring, financial statements, and operational reporting.
