The Strategic Sourcing Coordinator — Fabrication & Electrical Components role is onsite in Alsip, IL; the facility is planned to relocate to Hammond, IN in 2028, with commuting to Hammond expected to begin during the transition in 2027. The coordinator manages purchasing from requisition review and vendor selection through negotiation, delivery tracking, and logistics coordination. The work helps keep production supplied, inventory balanced, and purchasing aligned with production, shipping, receiving, and finance.

What you'll do

• Select vendors for raw materials, crane components, and shop supplies
• manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and terms
• monitor orders and production schedules
• arrange freight and resolve back-orders
• manage inventory
• coordinate purchasing with production, shipping, receiving, and finance.
