Garden Center Loader

The Garden Center Loader role is onsite in Richmond, VA, and pays $14–$16 per hour. The seasonal position supports Cross Creek Nursery’s daily operations by moving bulk materials, stocking merchandise, and helping customers with purchases.

What you'll do

• Operate a front-end loader to move mulch and stone and load customer and contractor trucks
• unload deliveries
• organize and stock merchandise
• assist customers with loading purchases
• and perform general nursery maintenance and other daily operational support. Previous forklift or loader experience is preferred but not required, and training will be provided to the right candidate.
