What you'll do

• Lead price actions and initiatives with commercial sales teams
• prepare and consolidate pricing files and coordinate system uploads and customer notifications
• develop automation workflows with digital, sales, product management, data, business intelligence, and IT partners
• interpret customer contract terms for price escalations
• measure pricing actions and rollback
• identify and track productivity and cost-recovery projects
• develop implementation guidance, customer support materials, letters, and internal FAQs.
