What you'll do

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and offering solutions
• interact with customers, meet monthly sales goals, show units, and perform daily property tasks including lock checks
• rent storage spaces, sell merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments, make bank deposits, and make courtesy calls about late payments
• review and approve invoices, manage reports and auction processes, oversee expenses and inventory
• clean units and grounds and maintain the facility.
