Property Management Trainee — Active Adult Communities

Job overview

The Property Management Trainee role is onsite in Loveland, CO during a 3–6 month training program. Starting compensation is $25 per hour, based on experience and location. Axis Residential operates active adult communities for residents age 55 and older. The trainee gains hands-on experience in property operations and leasing while working alongside on-site teams. The program develops operational, leadership, and resident-engagement skills, with the goal of assignment to a full-time position in the company’s portfolio after successful completion.

What you'll do

• Train and work with on-site property management teams in resident engagement and retention, resident events and culture, sales and leasing, operations management, outreach marketing, and financial reporting and analysis.
