What you'll do

• Prepare monthly bank and cash account reconciliations
• investigate reconciling items and unidentified transactions
• maintain fixed asset and prepaid expense schedules
• record fixed asset activity and depreciation
• refresh account reconciliations
• verify transaction coding, approvals, and payment documentation
• follow up on past-due receivables
• assist with monthly financial statements and flux analysis
• identify process improvements
• support system implementations and annual audits
• provide ad hoc finance support.
