Apartment Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Manage and train the apartment maintenance team
• oversee interior and exterior repairs, including appliances, lighting, plumbing, pool upkeep, and grounds maintenance
• organize daily staff routines and inventory
• complete unit turnovers within three to five days
• maintain clean and safe grounds
• respond promptly to resident service needs and repair requests.
