City & County Credit Union’s teller serves as a frontline member contact, supporting member satisfaction and financial well-being. The teller processes transactions accurately, helps members understand credit union products and services, and resolves account issues. The role also manages transaction risk and supports branch controls through audits and compliance with applicable procedures.

What you'll do

• Process routine transactions including check cashing, deposits, loan payments, and withdrawals
• assist and educate members about products and services
• build member relationships
• comply with regulatory requirements and Bank Secrecy Act procedures
• manage transaction risk and identify potential fraud
• research and resolve account issues
• assist with branch and drawer audits
• make sales and in-branch financial expert referrals.
