The project manager guides construction projects from initiation through completion, coordinating scope, resources, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk. The role works directly with clients and delivery teams to meet project objectives and report progress and variances.

What you'll do

• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for construction projects
• work with clients to define scope, resources, estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risks
• conduct proposal requests and bid evaluations
• maintain project documentation and data integrity
• direct delivery teams
• track progress and report status and variances
• develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
• coach colleagues and communicate complex or sensitive information.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. PMP, LEED AP, or CCM designations are preferred.
