What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Dietary Services with kitchen operations, food preparation, and meal service
• supervise, train, and support dietary staff
• coordinate schedules and daily workflows
• ensure food safety, sanitation, infection-control, and regulatory compliance
• monitor therapeutic diets and texture modifications
• collaborate with nursing staff and Registered Dietitians
• manage inventory and documentation
• provide hands-on meal preparation and service as needed.
